Release notes
Phoeniks has been available since 15 October 2026, with a new version every week. These notes list what changed for users, by version (Version 2.4 of 29 June 2026, V1 of 17 October 2026) and then week by week, as New, Improved or Fixed. They are written from the merged changes of the platform, without internal names.
- V1 update, week 44Security updates of third-party components and more robust reading of standardised public map services.
- V1 update, week 43First week after V1: governed records for insurance and bank workspaces, investor data room in English and French, and a run of reliability and security fixes.
- V1V1 is the whole product made consistent around six end-to-end journeys: discover and qualify a property, trust the intelligence, go from shortlist to diligence pack, lender and compliance view, governed record with four eyes, agency and operator. Every visible page works or says why a value is unavailable.
- Version 2.4The foundations: farmland search with map and provenance, diligence pack, agency pages, governed land screening, buyer workspace, open parcel sources and their activation, closed with source activation and a coverage view. Development versions up to 2.4 preceded V1, the first commercial version.
