Phoeniks runs on six families of public and licensed data: optical and radar satellite imagery, reanalysis and station weather, soil property grids, land registry and parcel geometry, official yield statistics, and market or listing records. No family is single-sourced, and every layer carries its licence and refresh cadence.

Depth varies by country and is stated per market rather than averaged. Where a registry is closed, coverage is delivered at the finest legal aggregation and labelled as such.

- No. Data neutrality is a design constraint: each family has more than one usable source, so the loss of one provider degrades precision rather than stopping delivery.
