Phoeniks V1

V1 is the whole product made consistent around six end-to-end journeys: discover and qualify a property, trust the intelligence, go from shortlist to diligence pack, lender and compliance view, governed record with four eyes, agency and operator. Every visible page works or says why a value is unavailable.

12 October 2026 to 17 October 2026#

  • New: Six end-to-end journeys, from property search to the governed record.
  • New: Application in English and French: navigation, footer, breadcrumbs, empty and error states; English fallback marked “partial translation”.
  • New: Two-factor authentication required for the roles that manage access or emergency access.
  • New: Erasing the content of a record without breaking its verifiable audit trail.
  • New: PDF export of the diligence file, protected by the source distribution check.
  • New: Claiming an agency page: the account is linked automatically when the address is verified; otherwise, operator review.
  • New: Agency and broker dashboards: a user without an agency sees how to claim one.
  • New: Removal request for an agency page, recorded, decided and tracked with a reference.
  • New: Declared licence of every source, frozen at retrieval time and read at every distribution.
  • New: Version register of every source, derived from actual imports.
  • New: Legality check of listing data before publication.
  • New: Regulatory reporting computations: Scope 3 category 1 per property, financed emissions, SFDR and TNFD indicators, EUDR polygon emissions, assurance-ready CSRD export, with a tracking screen.
  • New: Append-only soil carbon computation ledger.
  • New: Statistical yield trend per property, next to the modelled estimates.
  • New: Terrain profile, water constraint and geography verdict served on the parcel record.
  • New: Data-quality incident tracking, in English and French.
  • Improved: No internal code in the visible text of the application.
  • Improved: Accurate legal mention and product identity across the application.
  • Improved: Contrast and touch-target size of public pages, checked automatically.
  • Improved: Backups kept in the jurisdiction of the data.
  • Fixed: Records with nested structures save without error.
  • Fixed: Personal data typed into a note returns a clear message instead of a server error.
  • Fixed: Price anomaly detection compares amounts in the same currency only.
  • Fixed: Public buyer inquiries and anonymous alert subscriptions limited against abuse.
  • Fixed: A “buyer-ready” release is refused while the rights on a source are unresolved.
  • Fixed: Review findings fixed across the land, Earth-observation, data and yield modules.
  • Fixed: Vulnerabilities and reliability issues found by static analysis, all fixed.

5 October 2026 to 11 October 2026#

  • New: Governed records engine: roles and rights per record type, four-eyes control (one maker, one checker).
  • New: Emergency access limited to a few predefined reasons, always reviewed afterwards.
  • New: Daily integrity check of the audit trail; a record whose chain is broken is quarantined.
  • New: Evidence attached to records: links, references, uploaded documents and attestations.
  • New: Records screens: list, record, forms with edit-conflict resolution, approval panel, “My work”, history and audit trail.
  • New: Reason catalogue in English and French: every sensitive step asks for a reason, and a rejection asks for a comment.
  • New: Switching a record type to read-only, without stopping the service.
  • Improved: New interface components: selectors, date fields, filters, tables, file drop zone.
  • Improved: Monitoring of the records engine: latency, refusals and backlog, with alerts.
  • Fixed: Third-party components updated after the security advisories of 6 October 2026.

  • New: Comparable sales: dimension matrix, range and comparison views.
  • New: Fitness verdict for a property, with its rationale.
  • New: Water and evapotranspiration series, soil properties with intervals and validity domain, canopy height.
  • New: Yield dataset in which every correction is traced.
  • New: Reliability and provenance assessment of every source, with the repair status of incomplete provenance.
  • New: Parametric insurance: trigger calibration and classification of their sources; portfolio risk report.
  • New: EUDR: country risk benchmark and evaluation of the evidence for each link of the chain.
  • New: Work orders between vendors, with their states (acknowledged, active, completed, failed, blocked).
