Six journeys for five groups of target users
Phoeniks V1 is built around six end-to-end journeys. Its target users are banks and agricultural lenders, reinsurers and insurers, family offices and allocators, land agencies and brokers, and farmland buyers, together with the analysts and regulated operators who work on their files.
Target users#
| Farmland buyers and investors | Find and qualify a property, shortlist, compare, order a diligence pack, read the report and the memo | J1, J3 |
| Banks and agricultural lenders | Portfolio view, EUDR support, compliance room, regional map, nature screening | J4 |
| Reinsurers and insurers | Portfolio and insurer outputs with their method and limits | J4 |
| Family offices and allocators | Compare properties on the same evidence basis, diligence packs | J1, J3 |
| Land agencies and brokers | Claim the agency, follow leads and pipeline | J6 |
| Analysts | Check coverage, sources and methods behind every figure | J2 |
| Regulated operators | Create, approve with four eyes and audit records | J5 |
The six journeys#
Each journey runs end to end in the product. Where a value cannot be produced, the page says why rather than showing a guess.
J1 Discover and qualify a property#
Search listings with filters and a map, open a property and see where each figure comes from, natural hazards, terrain, water and which crops the land can grow; then open the agency page and send an inquiry.
J2 Trust the intelligence#
Browse countries and crops, the country by crop coverage matrix, the list of sources and the hazard coverage methodology, to answer where a number comes from, how fresh it is and what it covers.
J4 Lender and compliance view#
Portfolio view, support for the EUDR due-diligence statement, the compliance room, the regional policy and demand map, and nature screening for a site. Every pack states its method and its limits.
J5 Governed record with four eyes#
A maker creates a record, a checker approves it, and every step is written to a verifiable audit trail.
J6 Agency and operator#
An agency claims its profile and follows its leads and pipeline. The operator sees connectors, marketplace operations and readiness, with an honest Unavailable where no data exists.
Frequently asked
- Is Phoeniks for farmers?
- No. Phoeniks is built for institutions and professionals who buy, finance, insure or broker farmland, not as a farm-management tool.
