Parcel search
Parcel search is a normalised farmland inventory assembled from public and government land portals, geocoded and enriched with environmental overlays. Every listing carries the source it came from, when it was ingested and under which licence, so a diligence reviewer can trace any figure back to its origin.

Why provenance sits on the listing#
Institutional buyers cannot use a figure they cannot attribute. Each record shows the originating portal, the ingest timestamp and the licence under which the data is redistributed. Where a value is inferred rather than published, it is labelled as inferred.
