Evidence and diligence
Every Phoeniks output can be delivered as a diligence artefact: a validation pack describing how the number was produced, an evidence score stating how strong the support is, and a reproducibility ledger tying the result to an exact model version and input set. This is the layer that makes a yield estimate usable inside a credit, underwriting or investment file.
Deliverables#
| Validation pack | Protocol, holdout design, calibration, tail and covariance checks, known limitations | Model risk, actuarial |
| Executive one-pager | The estimate, its confidence band, the evidence level and the decision it supports | Credit or investment committee |
| Diligence PDF export | Property record, sources, overlays, model output, provenance trail | Deal team, external counsel |
| Pre-diligence room | Shared workspace holding property proof before a formal process opens | Buyer and adviser |
Evidence scoring levels#
Not all support is equal. Each figure carries a level describing whether it is measured from an authoritative source, modelled from validated inputs, inferred, or untested. Untested is stated as untested — it is never presented as a measurement.
Frequently asked
- Can a third party reproduce a Phoeniks result?
- Yes. The model version and reproducibility ledger records the model build, the input snapshot and the scenario configuration behind each result, so a reviewer can request a replay of the exact run.
