Data and API

Phoeniks ingests open Earth-observation, weather and agricultural-statistics sources on a scheduled pipeline, then exposes the derived intelligence through a REST API and an institutional data feed. No source is load-bearing on its own: the architecture is deliberately provider-neutral.

Access paths#

  • Listing intelligence REST API for programmatic access to properties and their derived signals.
  • Institutional data feed for portfolio-level delivery.
  • Diligence exports for file-based workflows.

Frequently asked

Is Phoeniks locked to one satellite provider?
No. Provider neutrality is a design decision: the atmospheric and imagery providers are selected through a documented decision matrix and can be substituted without re-architecting the pipeline.
