Privacy notice
Phoeniks collects only what is needed to answer an institutional request. When you submit the contact form, we record your name, work email, organisation, organisation type, reason for contact and the description of the decision you are trying to evidence, together with the page you came from, the referring site, campaign parameters if present and a one-way hash of your IP address used solely to limit abuse. Your IP address itself is never stored in clear text.

Why we process this data#
- To answer your request and scope an institutional evaluation.
- To keep a record of the request and of our reply for accountability.
- To protect the form against automated abuse through rate limiting.
Retention and recipients#
- Contact requests are deleted automatically after 24 months.
- Data is accessible only to the Phoeniks team handling institutional requests; it is never sold or used for advertising.
- Processing takes place on our hosting and email infrastructure providers acting on our instructions.
Your rights#
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
- Write to contact@phoeniks.org and we will act within one month.
- Please do not send confidential documents by email; they are exchanged under NDA through the channels agreed with our team.
