Institutional agritech intelligence

Yield intelligence with the proof attached

Phoeniks is an institutional farmland intelligence platform. It combines satellite imagery, agrometeorological reanalysis and public land registries with crop models (process models where licensed, otherwise an FAO-type model) to produce per-parcel yield estimates: each one carrying an evidence level, a confidence band and a reproducible audit trail that a credit, underwriting or investment committee can interrogate.

Live capability

Per-parcel scan: soil moisture, canopy vigour, water balance.

01

The problem#

Farmland decisions worth billions are made on declared production history and a site visit. The satellite and weather data needed to test those claims is public, but nobody assembles it into something a risk committee can file. Prediction without proof does not survive second-line review.

02

What Phoeniks does differently#

  • Crop models whose method is documented, not one black box: where several models run, their disagreement is reported, not averaged away.
  • An evidence level on every figure: measured, modelled, inferred or untested.
  • A reproducibility ledger tying each result to a model version and input snapshot.
  • Compliance engineered into the pipeline: 302 of 440 features carry a high or critical regulatory rating.

Frequently asked

What does Phoeniks actually sell?
Per-parcel crop yield intelligence and the evidence artefacts around it: validation packs, diligence exports, an institutional data feed and a REST API.
Which countries are covered?
Data connectors are specified for 34 countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. Depth ranges from parcel level to aggregated regional intelligence, depending on what each country publishes; the coverage pages give the detail.
Since when is Phoeniks available?
Phoeniks has been available since 15 October 2026, with a new version every week. The release notes list what changes.
Can we trial it?
There is no self-serve trial. Access is institutional and starts with a scoped evaluation against your own portfolio or pipeline.
